1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or signing in to the MBA Study Hub website (available at group-c-file-hub.workers.dev), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not access or use this platform.
MBA Study Hub is a private, student-initiated academic collaboration platform created for students and faculty participating in the MBA Semester 2 academic program.
2. Eligibility & Approval-Gated Access
- Institutional Eligibility: Access is intended exclusively for officially enrolled MBA Semester 2 students and designated faculty/instructors.
- Mandatory Administrator Approval: Authenticating via Google OAuth does not automatically confer access. All new accounts remain in a
pendingstatus and cannot browse course materials, use the AI Tutor, or take practice quizzes until explicitly reviewed and approved by a system administrator. - Single-User Identity: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Google login and browser session. Sharing authenticated session cookies, bypassing authentication gates, or attempting to spoof other student identities is strictly prohibited.
3. Permitted & Prohibited Use
Users may use the platform solely for non-commercial, personal study, exam preparation, and classroom review. You agree not to:
- Scrape, bulk-download, or redistribute course presentations, case studies, or practice questions to external public file-sharing repositories or commercial websites.
- Attempt to bypass rate limits, session validation, role protections, or the AI Tutor kill-switch.
- Submit malicious, abusive, fraudulent, or harassing prompts to the AI Tutor or Guided Lessons.
- Upload infected, malformed, or unauthorized files, or exploit serverless API endpoints.
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of Cloudflare Workers, Cloudflare D1, or storage infrastructure.
4. Academic Integrity & Educational Nature of AI Tools
The AI Tutor and Guided AI Lessons are educational study aids designed to explain academic concepts using approved course lecture slides. They are governed by the following rules:
- Study Aid, Not Authoritative Syllabus: AI-generated responses and summaries are intended to assist understanding. They do not supersede official faculty lectures, prescribed textbooks, or university examination guidelines.
- No Cheating or Real-Time Exam Assistance: The platform is designed for asynchronous preparation and study. Using the platform during active, invigilated examinations or assessments where external aids are prohibited constitutes academic misconduct.
- Verification of Citations: While our retrieval system enforces slide citation provenance and zero-hallucination boundaries, students remain responsible for verifying critical definitions and numerical formulas against official course slides and professor notes.
5. Intellectual Property & Course Materials
Course lecture slides (.pptx), study notes, practice questions, and syllabus structures hosted on the platform remain the academic property of their respective faculty instructors, universities, or content creators.
Hosting or displaying materials on this study portal does not grant users ownership, resale rights, or commercial distribution rights.
6. Service Availability & Disclaimer of Warranties
MBA Study Hub is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
Because the platform operates on zero-cost serverless infrastructure (Cloudflare Workers free tier, Cloudflare D1, Google Drive API quotas), the administrators do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, zero latency, or indefinite storage. Features such as AI tutoring may be temporarily disabled via administrative safety controls or quota caps.
The student-led project team and faculty contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform.
